Minimum Viable Nutrition ("MVN," "we," "us") is a digital Notion workspace documenting one person's weight-reduction protocol, sold as a downloadable/accessible template product. By joining the waitlist, preordering, or purchasing, you agree to these terms.
This is a small, independently operated project. These terms are written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us using the address on the storefront receipt.
Not medical or nutritional advice
Nothing in this product, the accompanying articles, or any related communication constitutes medical, nutritional, or clinical advice. The product documents one individual's personal protocol, developed for a specific diagnosis, and is presented as a case study. It is not a substitute for consultation with a physician, registered dietitian, or sleep medicine specialist. Talk to your doctor before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, have a history of disordered eating, manage a chronic condition such as diabetes, or are under 18.
The product
MVN is sold as a one-time purchase granting access to a Notion workspace, with an optional recurring add-on for periodic content updates. It is a reference document, not software, a service, or a coaching program. We do not provide ongoing personalized support, check-ins, or accountability coaching as part of the core product.
Preorders
Preorder purchases made before the product ships are fully refundable, without requiring a reason, any time before launch. After launch, refund requests are handled case by case — email us and we'll work it out directly.
License
Purchasing the product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the workspace for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the content, in whole or in part, without written permission.
No warranty
The product is provided as-is. We make no guarantee about the results you'll get from following any part of it — individual outcomes vary, and the product explicitly says so throughout. We disclaim warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
