What we collect
This is a small, independently operated project, and we collect the minimum needed to run it:
- Email address — when you join the waitlist or confirm a subscription, via our email provider (Kit).
- Purchase and payment information — when you preorder or buy, handled entirely by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy), which acts as merchant of record. We do not see or store your card details; they never touch our servers.
We don't run analytics or tracking scripts on this site beyond what's built into the hosting platform (Cloudflare) and our email/payment providers for their own operational purposes.
How we use it
Your email is used to send you, at most, two things: notice that the workspace has shipped, and the follow-up sleep study results referenced on the site. We don't sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing.
Purchase information is used to process your order, issue receipts, and handle refunds. It's retained by our payment processor per their own policies and applicable tax law.

- Lemon Squeezy (payments, merchant of record) — their privacy policy
- Cloudflare (hosting) — their privacy policy
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms, linked above, in addition to this policy.
Your choices
Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. To request deletion of your data entirely, email us using the contact details on your purchase receipt or waitlist confirmation, and we'll remove what we can from our own records — third-party providers handle deletion under their own processes.
Children
This product isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product or our tooling changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
